User Testing

During user testing we observe a group of testers as they navigate through your website to complete a set of assigned tasks.

These tasks are designed to approximate potential real-world objectives that site users might have, such as finding products,
contact details, admission prices etc. We ask the testers to vocalize what they like, what they dont like, and what they would like
to see, we then compile this information into a user testing report. This process also helps our team members spot accessibility
issues throughout the site. We also rate the severity of the issues found as

0   I don't agree that this is a usability problem at all.
1   Minor usability problem - fixing this should be given low priority.
2   Major usability problem - important to fix.
3   Usability catastrophe - fixing this should be an imperative.

We then average testers ratings and make relevant recommendations for each problem area

Australian Web Accessibility

Web accessibility is the inclusive practice of ensuring there are no barriers that prevent interaction with, or access to, websites on the World Wide Web by people with physical disabilities, situational disabilities, and socio-economic restrictions on bandwidth and speed. When sites are correctly designed, developed and edited, generally all users have equal access to information and functionality.
"The power of the Web is in its universality. Access by everyone regardless of disability is an essential aspect."
Tim Berners-Lee, W3C Director and inventor of the World Wide Web
